Wednesday Evening Trail-In Dance
Thursday 1:30 to 10:00 p.m. with 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. for dinner break
Friday and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. with 12:00 to 1:30 for lunch and 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. for dinner
Coast Langley City Hotel & Convention Centre
Block of rooms for 7/31/2025 - 8/2/2025
King Room ~ $220 + tax per night
based on 1-2 people sharing.
Double Queen room ~ $220 + tax per night
based on 1-2 people sharing.
There is a $15 supplement per 3rd & 4th adult in a Queen room.
All rooms are held until 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Any bookings made after the automatic release date
are made outside of the group block and on our best available rate.
