There are three new grants intended to assist with returning to dancing post-COVID
Restart Grant, Class Advertising Grant and Promotions Grant.
Each Grant or Bursary has specific criteria. Please read all the information carefulley

RESTART GRANT
When is this grant offered?

Who may apply?
Registered member clubs
Description of intended purpose of the RESTART GRANT:
A one-time ReStart Grant of up to a maximum of $500 per member club isavailable to all current member clubs of the B.C. Square and Round Dance Federation who re-register with the Federation, and who submit an application for the ReStart Grant. The grant is intended to help with the costs of having a COVID-19 safety plan and protocols in place in your hall, such as hand sanitizers, cleaning expenses, physical barriers, masks, and the like.
CLASS ADVERTISING GRANT
When is this grant offered?

Who may apply?
Registered member clubs
Description of intended purpose of the CLASS ADVERTISING GRANT:
A one time Class Advertising Grant of up to a maximum of $500 per member club is available to all current member clubs of the B.C. Square and Round Dance Federation who re-register with the Federation, who are planning a class to attract new dancers, and who submit an Application for the Class Advertising Grant.
The Class Advertising Grant will only be available for a period of twelve months from the date that regular square dancing has been deemed to be safe to restart by the B.C. Public Health office.
PROMOTIONS GRANT

Who may apply?
Regional Dancers’ Associations or combined Dancer/Caller/Cuers’ Associations
Description of intended purpose of the PROMOTIONS GRANT:
A one time Promotions Grant of up to a maximum of $5,000.00 per Regional Dancers’ Association (or combined Dancer/Caller/Cuers’ Association) is available to any Regional Dancers’ Association (or combined Dancer/Caller/Cuers’ Associations) which is a member in good standing of the B.C. Square and Round Dance Federation, and which submits an application for this Grant for the purpose of advertising our activity on behalf of its member clubs who are registered with or who re-register with the B.C. Square and Round Dance Federation prior to the date of the application.
The Promotions Grant will only be available for a period of twelve months from the date that regular square dancing has been deemed to be safe to restart by the B.C. Public Health Office.
