New Dancers who start at the beginning of a dance season ( Sept./Oct.) are deemed insured until the end of that Calendar year. But they must pay the BCS&RDF and Society fees for the following year at the same time as the regular dancers (before Nov. 30th.) New dancers starting between January 1st and June 30th will pay the BCS&RDF and Society fees in that period.
If extra cards are needed after the main fee submission has been done, these cards can be obtained from the BCS&RDF treasurer when a club remits the fees collected for such cards. LOST CARDS WILL NOT BE REPLACED! (You will still be insured)
